Chuy’s fundraiser sponsorship program is a great opportunity for your group to raise
We will assist you every step of the way from helping to organize your event, suggestions throughout the process, where/how to sell tickets, and marketing help from a Chuy’s contact person available to guide you through the entire process.
Fundraising is a team effort and we all want to be on a winning team. Chuy’s Mesquite Broilers are excited about introducing you to our “Win! Win!” program. Our program consists of an All-you-can-eat Chicken and Tri-Tip Steak dinner for only $7.00 per person. This dinner helps raise money for your organization by pre-selling the meals for $15.00 per person. Our price to you is $7.00 and you are free to set the cost of your tickets, $15 per person is recommended.
Your organization only pays for the number of people that show up with a ticket. Therefore, if someone buys a ticket and fails to come to the dinner, the $15.00 ticket price becomes a $15.00 donation to your organization. Chuy’s will set up the buffet line in our restaurant and serve the meal. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, this allows us to provide the meals at such a low cost and great value to you.
The design, printing, and selling of tickets is solely the responsibility of your Organization. Please see the example on this page. Chuy’s can certainly help and offer suggestions on where and how to sell tickets. Tickets may not be sold at the Chuy’s location at any point during the fund raising process. This is one of many factors that play a key role in making this a successful program for both your organization and Chuy’s allowing it to continue to be a “Win! Win!”.
The management of the Chuy’s restaurant location to be used for the event will choose the time and day that are best suited for the event. The restaurant will remain open to the public during your Fund Raiser, another factor involved in the “Win! Win!” strategy.
Your organization must keep the unit manager abreast of expected ticket sales two weeks prior to the event and again 7 days prior to help establish an approximate head count, +/-10%, for the event. This will allow us to help ensure the success of your Fund Raiser.
